An early 20th century ceramic scent bottle with hallmarked silver screw top lid. Heart shaped bottle featuring a lovers scene with hand painted detail. Silver lid hallmarked for Birmingham 1913, makers mark present but worn. Approx. 5.5cm tall x 4cm wide.
Lid shows signs of age related denting, but no splits or signs of repair. Screws on and off easily with a good fit. Ceramic bottle has no cracks, chips or damage. Underside (point of heart shape) has a couple of small chips to the paintwork.
