3 post WWII helmets. A US Navy M1 steel helmet complete with plastic liner dated 1972. The helmet body is WW2 front seam c.1943-44 and painted blue/grey with rank marking for Fire Controlman Petty Officer 3rd Class. Wearer’s name Bogan. NB various Vietnam War graffiti including skull and crossbones. Excellent condition; with US M1 clone Austrian M58 Type 2 steel helmet, US style, with US style plastic liner but with leather inner cradle. Painted field grey. With original scrim camouflage cover; and US M1 clone Austrian NATO Cold War era M1 style helmet pattern M58, complete with liner dated 1971, helmet chinstrap, liner chinstrap and correct original net. Excellent paint finish.
