An early 20th century silver cigarette case with engraved Henderson Clan crest & motto. Front of case depicts the crest of an arm, the hand holding an estoile surmounted by a blue crescent, the shield of the Chief of the Clan and the motto "Sola Virtus Nobilitat". Gilt lined interior is hallmarked to both sides for Chester 1903 and the words "Ramsay, Dundee" are engraved to interior rim. Original elastics are present, catch also hallmarked and snaps firmly shut. Some denting to both sides. Approx. 8.25cm x 6.5cm. Total weight approx. 62.6g.
