A late Victorian silver oval shaped locket with engraved letter "E" to front & inscription to back. On an 18" belcher chain. Locket inscription reads " Pte. C.F.Eaton No. 6480 2/15 London C.E. Inside of locket contains the portrait of a woman and a young child. Hallmarked Birmingham 1901. Locket approx. 4.5cm x 3cm (including bale). Total weight approx. 13.8g.
